Siemens is seeking a Finance Director of Operations - Systems East to partner with Operations leadership and drive KPI-driven performance, digitalization, and financial transparency across EP US Systems plants. You will oversee planning, reporting, and cost control while leading a team of Plant Controllers.

Based in North Atlanta, GA or Spartanburg, SC, the role requires strong finance/operations experience, 10+ years, and proven ability to deliver value in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Finance/Operations Finance.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
• Experience in manufacturing with KPIs.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and forecasting abilities.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic measures and digitalization across plants.
• Manage financial transparency, internal controls, reporting and planning.
• Lead a team of Plant Controllers for EP US Systems Operations.
• Ramp up new manufacturing capacity.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis for management.
