Job summary

Signature Foods USA LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial performance of its Easley, SC, ready-to-eat manufacturing operation. In this role, you will act as both Finance Manager and Plant Controller, partnering with the CEO and site leadership to translate insights into action.

You will drive profitability through budgeting, cost analysis, and KPI monitoring while supporting inventory, controls, and capital projects in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, manufacturing background preferred.
• Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Partner with the CEO, General Manager, and Operations on strategic and financial decisions.
• Analyze manufacturing costs including materials, labor, overhead, waste, yield, and production efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Support inventory management, working capital improvement, and cost control initiatives.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, business cases, and investment opportunities.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams.
• Develop and coach finance team members where applicable.
• Share best practices with Corporate Finance and other locations.
• Support month-end close, audits, compliance, and related activities.
