The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong financial modeling and ERP experience are also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• Strong background in costing, inventory, forecasting, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on financial strategy and performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
