Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate them into business insight.
• Experience with planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Salesforce) preferred.
• Clear and persuasive communicator able to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed finance partner for Banking segment to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
• Act as trusted finance contact for Banking segment leadership and translate financials into commercial insight.
• Analyze performance against KPIs and present findings to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Build and evaluate business cases using financial modeling and ROI analysis to support prioritization and potential M&A.
• Contribute to segment planning and long-range financial strategy with stakeholders.
