Job summary

Crusoe seeks a Senior Director, Finance Business Enablement to own the foundational infrastructure the Finance team runs on. This is not traditional FP&A; it partners with Accounting on asset policy, depreciation, capitalization, and shapes the systems roadmap (ERP, FP&A, reporting).

You will define forecasting methodologies for FP&A, standardize processes, and collaborate with IT and Data Center Operations to scale a capital‑intensive business with reliable data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance leadership, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience partnering with Accounting on asset policy, depreciation, or capitalization.
• Track record delivering major finance systems implementations or upgrades.
• Deep forecasting and planning methodologies with scalable frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, MBA, or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Depreciation & Capital Policy: define and maintain depreciation methodologies and asset life for data center, compute, and infrastructure assets.
• Systems & Tools Strategy: own roadmap for ERP, FP&A/planning tools, and reporting; evaluate build-vs-buy and lead implementations.
• Process Standardization: build repeatable, well-documented planning, reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Cross-Functional Governance: connect Accounting, IT, and business-unit Finance to ensure policy adoption.
• Data & Reporting Infrastructure: improve data architecture and reporting layer; reduce manual reconciliation with Data/Engineering.
• Change Management & Training: roll out new tools and training with clear documentation to drive adoption.
