Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager in Finance to own headcount and OpEx planning company-wide. You will partner with People, Recruiting, and department leaders on headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting to keep leadership aligned on costs.

You will build defensible plans, perform variance analysis, and drive process improvements while communicating clearly with non-finance stakeholders. A strong finance background and collaborative mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance with ownership of headcount or OpEx planning and reporting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and fluency with planning tools.
• Proven ability to partner with People/Recruiting and translate hiring plans into financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount plan and forecast; track open reqs, hiring pace, attrition.
• Lead annual budgeting and in-year OpEx forecasting across departments.
• Own monthly/quarterly actuals, variance analysis, and action plans.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and manage changes due to business decisions.
• Partner with department leaders on budgets and ROI; support HR/Marketing as needed.
• Improve tools/processes for headcount/OpEx planning and reporting.
