Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, with leadership at high-growth tech firms.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Strategic partner to C-level executives influencing strategy, resource allocation, or investments.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and present complex financial models for multiple functions.
• Utilizes generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas and partner with 3+ C-level executives on resource allocation and long-term planning.
• Drive new analytical frameworks, efficiency opportunities, and operational improvements for Finance.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals with clear performance expectations.
• Partner with People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance leadership on budgets and headcount planning.
• Shape company-wide investment decisions with financial models, scenarios, and business cases.
• Deliver regular financial reporting and variance analysis for senior leadership and the CFO’s office.
