Job summary

Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to guide financial strategy for growth initiatives, partnerships, and monetization. You will own complex models, translate results into executives’ narratives, and collaborate with Finance, Product, and Corporate Development to align on capital allocation and strategic opportunities.

The role requires high‑intensity finance experience, strong modeling, and the ability to drive decisions in a fast‑paced tech and payments environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity plus strategic finance.
• Elite financial modeling skills with executive-ready outputs.
• Strong business judgment to translate model outputs into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities, partnerships, M&A, and growth initiatives.
• Own revenue modeling: transaction, subscription, services, monetization and unit economics.
• Collaborate with Product, BD, Corporate Development, and GTM on monetization, pricing, and capital allocation.
• Build investment-grade models for executive decisions, with scenario analysis and ROI checks.
• Translate analyses into concise, board-ready narratives for CFO/CCO reviews.
• Act as strategic partner to leadership, identifying key drivers and tradeoffs.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate build/buy/partner decisions and required investments.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Data to reflect realities and data integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to speed, improve quality, and automate repetitive analyses.
