Jerry.ai is expanding into new insurance products and other asset classes, and seeks a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cycle, and cross-functional partnering with leaders across the company. You will report to the VP of Finance and collaborate with the CFO and founders to translate data into actionable decisions.

The role involves building financial models, evaluating opportunities, and presenting insights for strategic choices, with the potential for equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based operating models, three-statement mechanics, scenario & sensitivity analysis.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace business (CAC, LTV, payback, retention).
• Startup or high-growth experience, including building financial processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.

Responsabilités

• Own the driver-based operating model for the base business and expand it for new insurance products and lines.
• Lead the planning cycle and monthly business reviews with functional leaders to translate numbers into decisions.
• Translate financial results into insights for CFO, founders, board and investors; prepare for external diligence.
• Build financial cases for new opportunities (products, verticals, channels or partnerships).
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions and refine evaluation frameworks.
