Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive cost accounting or plant controlling experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in a global, multi-entity organization with intercompany accounting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial analysis of Supply Chain impacts to the P&L, Balance Sheet, and KPIs.
• Lead monthly close activities for supported manufacturing sites, including SOX compliance and development.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes and reporting.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management.
