Job summary
Balchem is seeking a Senior Reliability Manager to provide strategic leadership across its manufacturing network, focusing on asset health, uptime, and lifecycle cost reduction. The role emphasizes core maintenance fundamentals, KPI development, and the rollout of long-term preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive reliability engineering and maintenance leadership experience.
- Experience with GMP/PSM, multiple-site programs, and KPI-driven improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability and maintenance excellence across Balchem’s manufacturing network.
- Develop and implement core maintenance fundamentals and asset strategies.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as asset availability, PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR, and spare parts performance.
- Apply root cause analysis to address chronic equipment issues and high-risk assets.
- Support capital projects with maintainability reviews and lifecycle cost evaluations.
- Coach teams on reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement.
