Job summary

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate material flow, strong controls, and on-time fulfillment. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and adherence to standard work within ERP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, inventory, logistics, or procurement.
• ERP experience with D365, SAP, Oracle or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage intercompany replenishment for assigned inventory.
• Create and monitor intercompany purchase and sales orders.
• Coordinate with plant planners, schedulers, procurement, and customer service.
• Ensure timely processing of inventory transactions within ERP and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and quarter-end intercompany close activities.
• Maintain documentation and drive process improvements.
