Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience in ERP systems; Power BI and Microsoft D365 is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting and financial analysis for Business Units and tell the story of performance.
• Manage monthly forecast and annual budget processes and compare against targets.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive actionable recommendations.
• Support strategic reviews and provide commercial financial guidance.
