Job summary

Mars Incorporated in Franklin, TN seeks a Financial Analysis Senior Manager to deliver actionable insights and drive performance across Global Digital Finance. You will partner with the Global Digital Leader, Segment CFO, and cross-functional leaders to define strategies and allocate resources.

The role combines strategic partnering with financial planning, predictive analytics, and governance across 14 markets, mentoring the EU Digital Finance team, and enabling data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis (e.g. strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development).
Broad understanding of different areas of the business, key drivers and performance metrics.
Comfort with diving into ambiguous business questions to understand key issues and structure analytical path.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding and independent perspective of performance drivers within a Mars Segment.
Uncover areas to drive performance improvements and value creation using data and advanced analytics techniques.
Support decision making through actionable insights and collaborate with data scientists to provide innovative techniques.
Drive high-visibility strategic projects and facilitate data-driven discussions to set priorities.
Participate in corporate resource allocation to guide investments.
