Job Description:

The Sr. Finance Manager, Digital Technologies will serve as the strategic financial architect for Mars Snacking's combined $1B+ Digital Technology portfolio, driving the harmonization of legacy Mars and Kellanova FP&A frameworks into a unified, high-performing global operating model. This newly established role is designed to deliver comprehensive cost-transparency, unlock commercial synergies, and maximize digital return on investment (ROI). A central objective will be establishing standardized financial processes and creating a 'one-version-of-the-truth' governance framework to support seamless financial planning, analysis, and reporting across our expanded global footprint.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or commercial business partnering within a global matrixed organization.
• Background in business partnering with focus on managing digital technology portfolios is preferred.
• Background from consulting / experience with running transformations or large-scale integrations is a big plus
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree in business or finance preferred
• Proven track record of leading financial integration, post-merger harmonization, or large-scale digital transformations within a global consumer goods (FMCG) environment, with specific expertise in managing IT/DT portfolios and designing standardized FP&A processes across diverse business units.
• Digital Fluency: Strong familiarity with technology-specific financial concepts, such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) accounting, software capitalization policies, cloud infrastructure economics, and tracking ROIs on multi-million dollar technology investments.
• Systems & Data Literacy: Advanced expertise in reporting from / using ERP and planning suites (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) and data visualization platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau). Experience in financial master data cleanup is a plus.
• Experience in managing large scale digital productivity / transformation programs in complex, global organizations

• Navigating Ambiguity: High emotional intelligence and resilience, with the capacity to establish trust, manage multiple stakeholders across time zones, and maintain clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?

• Design, deploy, and govern a unified FP&A and cost-allocation framework for the integrated $1B+ DT portfolio, establish standardized financial processes and KPI dashboards that eliminate redundancies, harmonize ways of working across legacy teams, and actively track the delivery of post-merger synergy targets.

• Help coordinate the end-to-end execution of the Annual Enterprise Plan (AEP) and the 5-year Integrated Value Creation Plan (IVCP) across the global DT portfolio.

• Consolidate global performance actuals and own variance analysis, translating complex technology cost fluctuations into clear, commercial financial narratives for senior leadership.

• Support financial integration efforts to systematically measure performance baselines.

• Help standardize, scale, and run robust financial governance frameworks and compliance training in partnership with Controllership, Regional S&F, and Mars Global Services (MGS) to enhance our value delivery framework.

• Serve as the segment-wide lead for identifying technology cost savings, tracking synergy realization, and providing financial advisory for macro-initiatives.

• Support the financial components of digital transformation submissions

• Help manage a collection of DT portfolios, projects, programs, and products to ensure they collectively deliver maximum business value

• Improve and manage our framework for digital performance monitoring and reporting and use this to drive resource prioritization and allocation across projects

• Continuously identify and implement opportunities for optimization across DT Spend Management

• Liaise with Mars Global Services to actively manage the forecasts, cross charges and actuals to ensure accurate financial reporting and tracking

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
