Qualifications

• 12+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience.
• 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of spearheading strategic cross‑functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives experience.
• 10+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the income statement and balance sheet management for the manufacturing business, including cost accruals and variance analysis.
• Own component‑to‑finished‑good cost accounting across complex product structures.
• Develop annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts with clear variance analysis.
• Partner with site leadership on capital investments, productivity initiatives and cost management.
• Oversee ERP and MES implementations and the digital financial reporting framework.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to drive continuous improvement.
