Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical experience.
• 5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision making.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives driving financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models for customer operations cost domains with forecasting accuracy and variance analysis.
• Translate customer behavior metrics into financial impact analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Drive cost optimization by identifying root causes of cost leakage and building business cases for investments.
• Lead financial analysis for vendor pricing, make-vs-buy, outsourcing, and new market entry cost modeling.
• Develop financial frameworks for emerging cost categories as Leo scales.
• Own annual and long-range planning deliverables for domains including cost loads and executive narratives.
• Quantify CLV impact of initiatives and build cases for defect reduction and retention investments.
• Contribute to Leo-wide strategic planning with multi-year investment modeling and scenario analysis.
