The Business Unit Controller will lead the finance and operations teams, drive close processes, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. The role demands 15+ years in accounting/finance with leadership experience in a multi-site environment, strong cost accounting and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 15+ years in Accounting/Finance with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in a multi-site manufacturing facility (AS9100 preferred).
• Strong cost, GL, AP/AR, payroll, and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and year-end processes to meet deadlines.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate inter-company transactions and shared services.
• Develop rolling forecasts and improve forecasting models.
• Present financial results to executive leadership and stakeholders.
