Job summary

Page Executive in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting function at a $100M manufacturing site. The role reports to senior finance and partners with site leadership to improve profitability and drive financial performance.

The successful candidate will own site-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and close processes, while guiding cost accounting, WIP analysis, and capital expenditure planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong background in manufacturing accounting and cost control.
Experience with standard costing and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead all site financial activities including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Provide insightful analyses of operational and financial performance with variance commentary.
Partner with manufacturing and site leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.
Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, variances, inventory accounting, and productivity analysis.
Develop reporting around WIP, percentage-of-completion, and contract profitability.
Support inventory management, PPV analysis, and manufacturing metrics.
