Job summary

C/A Design, Inc. in Exeter, NH is seeking a seasoned Business Unit Controller to lead the financial operations for the Exeter and Raleigh sites.

You will manage monthly closes, prepare statements, oversee the GL, and coordinate inter-company activity while partnering with site leadership to drive profitability. Qualifications include 15+ years in accounting/finance, 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role (AS9100 preferred), and strong ERP experience (MS Dynamics, D365, E2).

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive Accounting/Finance experience reflecting increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a multi-site manufacturing facility preferably within an AS9100 organization.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing systems and strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel; ERP experience with Dynamics/D365/E2.
• Ability to deliver quality work to tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly financial accounting and year-end cycles; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow; manage the general ledger.
• Coordinate inter-company transactions and oversee AP/AR with Shared Services.
• Develop rolling forecasts and improve forecasting models for cost control.
• Present metrics and financial data to senior leadership and stakeholders.
