Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance with 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in cost accounting and capitalized manufacturing variance tracking.
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting multiple P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full accounting and finance function across three manufacturing sites.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closings.
• Drive high standards of cost accounting and oversee balance sheet reconciliations.
