Job summary

Mars Incorporated seeks a Finance Lead to act as the strategic financial co-pilot for the Portfolio Growth Team (PGT). You will co-create and execute growth strategies, manage the portfolio’s financial health, and steer investments to maximize long-term value while ensuring financial delivery against commitments.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional leaders, delivering rigorous P&L analysis, robust financial models, and governance to accelerate profitable growth across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in Finance Business Partnership; marketing/sales/brand finance preferred.
• Experience in a broad (full P&L) finance role is highly preferred.
• CPG/food/bev experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; intermediate Power BI.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Co-Pilot: partner with Marketing Directors and cross-functional leadership on end-to-end strategic management.
• Financial Governance: align the organization to deliver projects within designed financial frameworks.
• Performance Management: deliver P&L analysis, projections, and post-launch reviews.
• Investment Optimization: design financial models to guide portfolio resource allocation.
• Standardization & Change Leadership: implement best practices and train teams on new processes.
