Mars is seeking a Sales Finance Business Partner to partner with Sales and Strategic Revenue Management, driving profitable growth across the Market. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking while leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital transformations.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder influence, and experience in finance partnering, with a focus on performance and accountability across P&Ls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of diversified financial management experience, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, and business partnering responsibilities.
• Experience supporting business leaders through financial planning, budget management, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and insights capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; intermediate Power BI skills preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and technologies in business processes is a plus.
• CPG experience is a plus.
• Experience with Supply Chain Finance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-functional Business Partnership: collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to support informed business decisions and drive alignment across the organization.
• Financial Planning & Value Creation: develop customer and channel strategies, annual plans, and value creation initiatives to support growth and profitability.
• Performance Management & Business Insights: provide financial analysis, identify risks and opportunities, monitor performance and drive actions to meet commitments.
• Budget Management & Accountability: manage budgets, customer P&Ls, and trade investments with ROI-focused decision making.
• Controls, Strategic Support & Digital Transformation: advise leaders, ensure strong financial controls, and advance digital capabilities and AI-enabled tools.
