Performance Food Group seeks a Senior Finance Manager in Augusta, ME, to drive financial performance, planning, and decision support across the operating company. You will oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and reporting while advising senior leadership.

You will translate strategy into financial outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with business leaders to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and AOP processes.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and performance metrics.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with executive leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Lead customer profitability analyses and other strategic financial evaluations.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support leadership needs.
• Lead monthly close, ensuring GAAP and internal controls compliance.
• Mentor and develop accounting, IT, and finance teams; foster accountability.
