Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and AOP processes.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and performance metrics.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with executive leadership, highlighting trends and actions.
• Lead customer profitability analysis and strategic financial evaluations.
• Oversee monthly close, GAAP compliance, SOX controls, and internal audits.
• Mentor Accounting, Bid/Contract and IT teams and drive talent development.
• Champion data-driven decision making and process improvements.
