Job summary

Inlighten Technologies, a Silicon Valley startup, seeks a Director of Finance to lead forecasting, budgeting, and international financial operations. You will guide executive decisions, develop global KPI reporting, and oversee multiple entities with external partners.

The role demands deep FP&A expertise and strategic leadership in a fast-growth tech setting. Strong candidates will have 10+ years in finance leadership, US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on operations across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• US GAAP and international accounting, tax, and compliance knowledge.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-range modeling.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and support growth initiatives.
• Develop KPI reporting and executive-level financial analysis.
• Prepare board, investor and management reporting packages.
• Support fundraising, capital raising, and strategic finance activities.
• Oversee finance operations across multiple international entities and jurisdictions.
• Manage external auditors, tax advisors, banking relationships, and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Strengthen controls, governance, policies, and reporting processes.
• Build a unified global finance function to support growth.
