The ideal candidate has 7+ years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders while adapting to rapidly evolving environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, strategic finance, or FP&A roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proven experience partnering directly with operational or technical teams.
• Ability to build scalable processes in ambiguous, fast-growing environments.
• Clear, concise communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance partner to operations leaders, supporting high-impact, data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models related to operational costs, capacity planning, and unit economics.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting cadence to support operational visibility.
• Own forecasting and variance analysis across operational expense areas.
• Translate complex operational data into clear financial insights and recommendations.
• Design scalable planning processes, definitions, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual work.
• Support the development of finance operating rhythms suitable for a more mature organization.
