Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living seeks an experienced Director of Finance to lead the community’s financial strategy and operations. Located on a beautiful campus in Warminster, PA, this executive role supports growth, sustainability, and high-impact decision making with a mission-driven culture.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in senior finance roles, CPA (preferred), and a track record in strategic financial leadership and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a related industry with 5+ years in a management role.
• CPA certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the community.
• Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and processes.
• Lead analysis of financial results, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operations to support business decisions and financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams for regulatory alignment.
• Identify and mitigate enterprise risks and develop financial policies.
• Coach and mentor accounting staff to foster growth and learning.
