Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Warminster, PA seeks an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial strategy for a 2,000+ resident continuing care community. The role partners with operations and executive leadership to drive performance, governance, and long-term sustainability.

You will oversee accounting controls, financial planning, and risk management, coaching staff and shaping policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a related industry with at least the last 5+ years in a management/supervisory role.
• CPA is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the community.
• Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and efficient financial processes.
• Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with operations to support business decisions and financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Identify and help mitigate business and enterprise risks.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support effective financial operations.
• Coach, develop, and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
