Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dining team across themed restaurants and cafés. You will drive culinary quality, hospitality standards, and financial performance for a multi-site operation serving residents, staff, and guests.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in food service leadership, Serve Safe certification within 6 months, and a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of food service management experience including production, service and sanitation.
• Serve Safe Certification obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Must be available to relocate for available positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, nutritious meals and responsive service to residents, guests, and staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage departmental budgets, controlling food, labor, and nonfood costs to meet financial goals.
• Promote customer satisfaction and coordinate catering, events, and room bookings.
• Support staffing, hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions within the department.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regs, food safety standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams and utilize HR, financial, and production systems to reach goals.

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic dining team and oversee operations across multiple uniquely themed restaurants and cafés. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and service-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit food service management. They will bring a keen eye for food quality and presentation, exceptional hospitality standards, and proven financial acumen. A passion for team training, development, and mentorship is essential, along with the ability to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and resident satisfaction.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience starting at $95,000 annually,plus eligibility for annual bonus.

What you will need
