The Peninsula Beverly Hills is seeking a seasoned finance leader to guide the hotel’s financial strategy and partner with the Executive Committee to translate data into actionable decisions.

With 8+ years in luxury hospitality, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls, while building and mentoring a high-performing Finance team aligned with the brand’s standards.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience building financial controls and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Mansioni

• Lead the hotel’s financial strategy and day-to-day Finance operation.
• Partner with General Manager and Executive Committee to provide financial insight.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and manage costs.
• Develop and mentor the Finance team and uphold integrity and excellence.
