Job summary

sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, a global lifestyle hospitality leader, seeks a Corporate Director of Finance in Beverly Hills to lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to drive profitability and create scalable financial processes in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or finance; MBA highly preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning or Operations or Analysis or related Corporate Finance fields
• Ability to leverage AI Tools for automation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (HFM, Hyperion, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and demonstrate professional maturity
• Strong organization, analytical, and critical-thinking skills and exhibit composure and professionalism while under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability for senior leadership.
• Prepare financial analysis on performance, ROI, working capital, pricing, and investments.
• Analyze revenue, expense, capex trends.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools.
• Support strategic business planning.
• Provide leadership of accounting functions across units.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and reporting.
• Guide accounting personnel and finance teams with clear expectations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Develop internal controls and policies.
• Prepare annual budget with CFO; communicate results to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with laws.
• Review expenditures and financial reports for leadership.
• Promote best practices to enhance revenues and guest satisfaction.
