Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive purchasing or procurement experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, inventory management, and contract negotiations.
• Highly organized and analytical leader with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• Strategic and solutions-oriented decision-maker who can implement purchasing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hotel’s purchasing strategy and day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of products and services that meet standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, quality standards, and service levels.
• Partner with Finance, Culinary, Rooms, Engineering, Spa, and other departments to understand needs and ensure purchasing supports operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, strengthen inventory management, and maximize value without compromising quality.
• Establish and maintain purchasing policies, procedures, controls, and best practices for compliance, sustainability, and responsible procurement.
