The Ben Hotel in West Palm Beach seeks a strategic Director of Finance to lead all hotel financial operations, including payroll, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. This role partners with the General Manager and Sage Hospitality to protect assets and drive performance.

The ideal candidate has hospitality finance leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and can guide cross‑functional teams with integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Five to ten years of employment in a related finance role for a hospitality operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for hotel operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and safeguarding of assets.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Manage cash flow, banking relations and treasury activities.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to hotel leadership and Sage Hospitality.
• Drive cost controls and financial performance improvements.
• Coach and develop finance team members; ensure compliance with policies.
