Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, CA is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Finance to oversee daily accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

You will lead a high-performing finance team, ensure accuracy of journals and reconciliations, manage cash and treasury, and drive profitability while upholding Rosewood standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in hotel accounting is preferred.
• Oversee journals, ledgers, and reconciliations with accuracy.
