Qualifications

• Must have four year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum ten years’ hotel experience with at least five years’ experience at the Executive Level.
• Experience in a minimum of two divisions of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Oversee and direct Food and Beverage, Rooms Division, Spa, Engineering, Security and Guest Relations departments.
• Assist in establishing and creating goals and strategies for both the operational and financial success of the hotel.
