Responsibilities

• Support financial strategy execution: Direct financial operations to align with hotel goals, optimize profitability and efficiency
• Manage financial planning and budgeting: Develop annual plans, projections and budgets with spending controls
• Provide financial insights: Review performance, reconcile accounts, and recommend actions to leadership
• Direct financial operations: Oversee Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Night Audit with strong internal controls
• Oversee financial reporting: Lead monthly statements and audits for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and approve financial transactions: Review ledger reconciliations, tax filings, and payroll
