Job summary

Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, CA seeks an extraordinary Director of Outlets - Food & Beverage. You will be the single point of accountability for The Revere Room and The Manor Bar, driving profitability, service excellence, and guest satisfaction while leading and coaching the F&B teams to meet Rosewood brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing labor, budgets, and scheduling, coordinating with culinary leadership, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/College or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification and ABC Server ID required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel; 5 years’ management experience in F&B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee The Revere Room and The Manor Bar, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach F&B teams to deliver brand standards and service excellence.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and Culinary team to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage labor, schedules, budgets, and forecast workloads to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and safety policies.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and programming for outlets.
