Job summary

Elite Service Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations in Pinellas Park, FL. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to drive strategic financial decisions.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ERP proficiency, and experience leading finance teams in a fast-paced environment. A CPA or MBA is preferred, and the candidate should be highly organized with excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in finance management or senior accounting.
• Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems (Service Fusion, ADP, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activity.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax requirements.
