ABA Centers of America seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team in Fort Lauderdale. The CFO will lead financial strategy, planning, and controls across a growing portfolio, partnering with leadership to drive value creation and disciplined expansion.

The role requires 15+ years of senior financial leadership, strong ERP and analytics capabilities, and experience guiding multi‑unit operations in a high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in high growth startups
• Strong experience partnering with senior executives and driving financial strategy
• Proven track record of managing multi-unit, multi-location operations
• Experience with ERP systems and change management

Responsabilités

• Formulate and implement the company’s long-term financial strategy
• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, treasury, FP&A, and reporting
• Lead development and monitoring of internal controls and ERP governance
• Provide timely financial analytics, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards
• Drive capital raises, acquisitions analysis, and growth modeling
• Build and retain a high-performing finance and accounting team
• Manage banking, audit, tax relationships, and external reporting
