Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Manager of Finance & Accounting to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all accounting operations. This role partners with executive leadership on FP&A, enforces GAAP and internal controls, and leads a growth-oriented finance team.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, payroll, audits, and financial reporting while guiding month-end and year-end closes. CPA is required, with 5+ years in accounting and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• CPA required with 5+ years in progressive accounting roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• MBA and/or CMA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and audit activities
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, and cash management
• Partner with executive leadership on financial planning and analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team
