Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to drive financial strategy and cost optimization across our global Customer Operations organization. You will own high-impact cost lines, model financials, and partner with senior leaders to translate customer behavior data into strategic financial decisions.

You will build frameworks from the ground up as Leo scales toward commercial launch, balancing analytical cost control with strategic business partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models for cost domains with forecasting accuracy.
• Translate customer behavior metrics into financial impact analysis.
• Drive cost optimization with root-cause analysis and business case building.
• Lead analysis for vendor pricing, make-vs-buy and market-entry costs.
• Develop frameworks for new cost categories as Leo scales.
• Own annual and long-range planning deliverables and executive narratives.
• Quantify CLV impact of initiatives and defect reduction.
• Support Leo-wide strategic planning with scenarios and exec presentations.
