Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Accounting PMO leader to drive cross-functional programs supporting the launch and scaling of Amazon Leo. The role partners with product, technology, finance, tax, and treasury to deliver scalable financial solutions while ensuring strong controllership and risk management.

You will influence senior leaders, manage global stakeholders, and accelerate financial integration initiatives across multiple regions, focusing on automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or an analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new programs with cross-functional stakeholders, defining end-to-end strategy, owning and managing implementation activities.
• Partner with worldwide business, tech, product/program teams on delivering high-quality programs and timelines.
• Collaborate with business teams to influence processes and decision making to scale financial recordkeeping health.
• Communicate and influence adoption of new/updated programs and processes to leaders and cross-functional teams.
