Amazon Leo seeks a Finance PMO leader to drive and scale a financial integration program across global stakeholders. You’ll champion controllership and partner with product, technology, and finance teams to implement world-class financial solutions that scale with the business.

The role demands deep experience in accounting, program management, and financial systems, with the ability to influence senior leaders and accelerate decision-making across a global scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new programs with cross-functional stakeholders, defining end to end strategy, owning and managing implementation activities, developing processes, metrics, documentation and communications, and supporting continuous improvement of programs.
• Partner with worldwide business, technology, and product teams on delivering high-quality programs.
• Provide feedback on priorities, timelines, and outcomes to influence business processes and decision making to scale financial recordkeeping health while meeting business objectives.
• Communicate and influence adoption of programs and processes across leaders, peers, and cross functional organizations.
• Collaborate and build relationships with business, product, accounting, technology, and finance owners globally to build scalable financial automation with the highest degree of controllership.
• Look around corners, proactively set up the team for success in achieving our goals, and earn trust through broad stakeholder influence.
