Mixpanel is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to own end-to-end FP&A for a major domain within the company. The role partners with senior leaders, designs scalable planning processes, and drives rigorous financial analysis to inform leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate has deep FP&A expertise, strong business partnership instincts, and can build scalable models and planning frameworks to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Able to design planning processes and frameworks, influencing decisions across teams.
• Expert-level financial modeling; fluent in SaaS unit economics and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end financial planning for GTM, setting quality standards.
• Define 6–12 month financial strategy for domain with partner validation.
• Build business cases for major investments with clear assumptions and risk.
