Job summary

Inferact is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to shape how the company grows, invests, and scales. You will build rigorous financial models, translate ambiguous questions into data-driven recommendations, and present clear strategies to leadership.

You’ll collaborate with founders, engineering, infrastructure, GTM, People, and Corporate Controller to evaluate growth, customer profitability, and resource tradeoffs, while owning the operating model, budgets, forecasts, and cash scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience owning strategic finance, business planning, or financial analysis for a growing tech business.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasts and linking statements.
• Ability to reconcile plans with actuals and explain variances.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for growth, pricing, and investments.
• Partner with founders, engineering, GTM, People, and Controller on priorities.
• Own operating model, budgeting, rolling forecasts, headcount and expense planning.
• Develop cash runway scenarios and strategic narratives for board discussions.
