Qualificações

• 5+ years in strategic finance or related leadership roles.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, capital structures, and business economics.
• Experience independently managing complex financial projects and strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial judgment with ability to evaluate financial decisions beyond traditional reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with senior executives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to execute independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop Payra's financial models, forecasting processes, and long-term financial planning.
• Lead financial analysis supporting company-wide strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, capital allocation, and business performance.
• Develop financial reporting and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement.
