Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Strategy Lead to guide where the company plays next, turning fintech and AI insights into clear priorities. You will shape frameworks, build business cases, and present decisions to executives.

You will own competitive intelligence and drive cross-functional initiatives from scoping to measurement, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled speed and impact. You have 7–10+ years in strategy or consulting, with fintech/AI experience, and a track record of influencing senior

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in strategy, consulting, or venture capital.
• At least 3–4 years in fintech, AI or consumer tech.
• Experience advising on 0→1 products or defining early strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify fintech, AI, and consumer trends and translate into bets and priorities.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, financial models, and prioritization criteria.
• Create compelling narratives for leadership and board-level work.
• Own competitive intelligence and synthesize industry signals for exec team.
• Lead high-visibility strategic initiatives end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Support external positioning via POVs, research, and industry conversations.
• Leverage AI to accelerate work and improve output.
