Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain in program development and execution.
• Proficient with MS Office and EVMS/EACs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial oversight of capacity growth efforts across multiple contract types and funding sources.
• Lead collaboration with Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align strategic, operating, and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.
• Provide timely quantitative analysis to support business, program, and project decisions.
