Job summary

Curtiss-Wright DS, Inc. in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking a Lead Program Financial Analyst to drive financial success for defense programs. You will forecast, ensure FAR/DFARS/EVMS compliance, and deliver insights to improve profitability and performance across multiple programs.

You will partner with Program Managers, prepare quarterly forecasts, and present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations. This onsite role offers growth and robust benefits in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years as a Program Financial Analyst in defense or aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of government financial regulations (FAR, DFARS, EVMS).
• Ability to develop forecasts, analyze large data sets and perform cost variance analyses.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP familiarity (Deltek Costpoint, SAP).
• Able to present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly EAC and ETC forecasts for assigned programs.
• Analyze cost performance, schedules, and variances to ensure data integrity.
• Assess financial impacts of changes, milestones, or contract mods.
• Forecast unbilled receivables and deferred revenue with proper revenue recognition.
• Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to Program Management.
• Prepare and present program financial performance and risk assessments.
• Support ad hoc analyses including cost impact studies.
